A deposit of $20.00pp is payable to secure any accommodation booking. The balance of accommodation fees is due by Tuesday, 15 December 2009.

Dormitory style accommodation

Includes Friday night accommodation and Saturday breakfast.

Camping

Please note, kcc accommodation fees are exempt from GST. CMS accommodation rates include GST.

Cancellations

kcc incurs costs if bookings are cancelled, which impacts on our ministry. Therefore cancellations must be advised in writing to the kcc Office.

1. Cancellations received by Tuesday, 15 December 2009: All accommodation cancellations attract a $20.00 per person fee. Only if the accommodation is re-let, will the remaining portion be refunded.
2. Cancellations received after Tuesday, 15 December 2009: Non-refundable (in part or in full).

Country churches subsidy

mkc would like to offer discounted accommodation for those coming from rural areas who are doing it tough. Please contact the kcc office if you'd like to take advantage of this subsidy. If you'd like to make a donation toward the rural subsidy, you can do so through the website.
