Cancellation Information
kcc incurs costs if bookings are cancelled, impacting our ministry. Therefore cancellations must be advised in writing to the kcc Office.

All accommodation cancellations attract an administration fee of $20 per registration (to a maximum of $50).

After Friday, 20 January 2012 all accommodation fees are non-refundable.
