Men's convention is all over for another year. If you were there you would have heard powerful preaching from the book of Song of Songs by Gary Millar and Philipians from John Dickson. Each of the Tin Shed Time segments are available for free on our online resources page.
Great service?
In Australia today, it seems one measure of greatness is the number of people at your service - washing your car, getting your coffee, cleaning your house, mowing your lawn.
But Jesus says if you want to be a great man in His kingdom you need to be ready to serve others. And that's the example Jesus himself set - the one who "did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
mkc 10 is all about "Men of Service: Love, Relationships & Family" and will confront men to be great by offering their lives in service to their wives, families, friends, workmates and everyone they encounter.
